  3. I get that we can code apps. Go us! But not every Institution can be replaced by a core team of developers backed by Venture funding, ramen noodles and a cap table. When do we stop pretending markets and software fix everything? We need to get real about institutions. Like now.

  5. The Institutions drive out , after . was after , … I don’t know what to say anymore. At this point everyone is numb to this. This account is itself regularly throttled. “The Institution” has decided to purge “The Individual”.

And such reasons, averaged over a large enough population that has largely tuned out, is enough to keep a few of us tuning in once in a while whether or not we believe. And that is enough to keep the game alive. Even if News is unrecognizable after its complete Kayfabrication.🙏

So why do we care at all? I care in three situations: A) Crisis reporting (once in a blue moon). B) Keeping track of Institutional stratagems. C) Keeping abreast of what people who are employed by our main institutions *cannot* entertain; the GIN enforces our Overton Window.

In the GIN, went to a feed store to buy “Horse DeWormer” rather than getting a prescription from a concierge physician for a human medication. Zero individuals NEED to believe it. , , can throttle outrage over the issue. People vote w their feet.

Not nobody: think of the Gated Institutional Narrative or GIN in its most recent incarnation as “Rationalization by Institutions, for Institutions, formally presented as an as-if News Service.” At some point, the GIN will be subsidized as a non-profit. It’s not for individuals.

I can’t make that decision and I can’t imagine your situation. But you don’t belong over there. It might be worth gambling on the underlying country for which you appear to have sacrificed so much. Happy to talk if you are curious about 1971-3. No need to however.

Essentially, the lies are so ubiquitous now that everyone can see them. But most people can go along with them and just roll their eyes. I understand why you cannot. But I do wish you’d come home. It’s a *huge* risk. But if you believe in the US like I do, it might be worth it.

In large measure, even the surveillance you focus upon is part of this story. Every institution that can’t make the numbers work (which is almost every one of them) has to defend itself or admit that it no longer makes good economic sense. So we need to know who is off-narrative.

There is so much regional cuisine from fast food to quirky seasonal agriculture in the US. What is your favorite US regional food that isn’t commonly found everywhere? Other countries are fine too, just give the region of your country where your favorite is located. Thanks! 🙏

By now I want answers. Things that make sense. I don’t want to hear anymore nonsense from The Lancet, from Dr Fauci, from , from , etc. What is this? What do we know about its origin that we aren’t saying? Is this permanent? Is there a real plan? Why the BS?

You overestimate me. Look, I’m for temporary health measures. But right now, this ‘temporary’ situation is about 10% of my kids’ lives. One has been in college for 2 years. This is no longer two weeks to flatten the curve. It’s a GIANT gash in a child’s formative years by now.

Taliban order *mandatory* face covering to attend university. We stood for liberty. Only to see the return of unimaginable governmental interference like this in the most intimate details of private life. —— Thinking about the above from both our new and previous perspectives.
