"google bro james damore". seriously? i mean, it sounds cheeky and cute - kind of. but, is damore a GB because he compiled an impartial report based on statistics, fact and data; or is it because he got fired for it? either way, it's inaccurate, and makes no sense.

They shared his memo without the citations so they probably believe it was all his ideas

-
yeah, but even a cursory google search would indicate this. wouldn't a skilled researcher sniff into citations? oh, right. this wasn't compiled by a skilled researcher, rather a fiction writer with a giant, pulsing, glowing agenda. barf.

There’s nothing I loathe more than the two words “give platform.” Anyone has the right to let anyone speak about anything they want on their own show. This person is trying to manipulate and control and oppress thinking and ideas by spinning a false, misguided narrative
-
Agreed, I feel like saying what does that even mean.
-
It means to people who say that, that anyone who disagrees with their point of view should be ousted from society. Which is stupid and dangerous because these people are usually idiots, who think someone as harmless as Jordan Peterson is bad because they don’t understand him

For real, this “study” is merely the author asserting without evidence (and despite much evidence to the contrary) that her conspiracy theories about these people are true and then drawing a bunch of lines. That is, truly, all it is. There’s nothing else there

@ezraklein tweeted it out, it must be true. He would never put ideology over journalistic integrity. -
Ah, the perfect sarcastic comment, with just the right amount of dryness about itpic.twitter.com/U1RrtLcjVC

Above all else, I'm concerned with her dismissal and degradation of Damore as a "google bro". Everyday people's livelihoods are at risk due to Marxist tactics.
-
Guy is literally too thoughtful, reserves, and even socially awkward (He has stated that he's on the spectrum) to be anything like a "bro"
-
Exactly. Either the author is not researched on Damore (negligent as a researcher) or they have clear intent to malign. Damore was citing info that was widely circulated back in my psych college courses. Had he known the SJW PC rules, I'm sure he would have self-censored.

Bro, in the feminist's cult lexicon, means approximately heretic or blasphemer. So I would say she used it correctly in that context. You should never conflate mainstream meaning with cultish postmodern redefines.
