Put your money where your mouth is. Do not support businesses that impose vaccine mandates on their employees. The only thing that gets people to change their behavior is hitting them in the pocketbook.

Every single hospital in the United States and in virtually every single country in the world has vaccine mandates.
Afghanistan is the exception. The Taliban forbid it when that seized power earlier this year.
