The greatest act of racism in US history, second to slavery, was the institution of the welfare system, where children born out of wedlock were monetized and single motherhood was incentivized. This removed fathers from the home and destroyed black communities. #Blexit

Same in Canada, but here it divided families and kept the poor, poor. We didn’t allow welfare recipients to have the “man” at home.
