When people talk about liberal judicial overreach, what cases are they talking about in the past 30 years that don't have to do with gay marriage?

Usually stuff about prayer in schools or worries about taking "God out of public life" from what I remember when I went to church as a kid.

I mean I think from what I remember is that many religious conservatives see LGBT issues as a further eroding of religion in public life, not necessarily a separate thing.
