What's one thing a man would be praised for doing but a woman would be condemned for doing the same thing?

OMFG don’t get me started. Dealing with this right now (for the millionth time) and am fed up.

Telling their boss that they won’t work on an assigned project unless they are given [insert some high level responsibility they’re not ready for here].

Specifically applicable to law - a jr or mid level male attorney telling boss they don’t like dealing with “facts” & “details,” saying they’ll only work on a case if they get to write the briefs (w/o knowing any of the facts & details, which are essential to writing briefs).

Let me introduce you to my junior male attorney colleague who thinks he’s god’s gift to the legal profession, who is not a skilled writer but thinks he is, and says he “doesn’t like dealing with facts.”
