Seen some of the stats, States that create access to contraceptions seem to do a lot better with lower numbers of underage / unwanted pregnancies.
Education and preventive measures work yet somehow so many refuse to embrace it here

I recall "now being of major importance " teacher (grade 8) gave out pieces of scrap paper, to write down any sexual questions the students may have, 3/4 was comical 1/4 actually reached out to the students. She / He answered them all to best of their ability.
