I expect him to appoint Pence at some point for pardons, backed by the GOP Senate. Mainly because if and when he’s fully investigated there maybe a call to delegitimize some of his actions.
78 days that's how long trump will be president once he loses to Biden. I expect his bs will endanger more people and I hope the #GOP finally grows a spine and puts him in check

That’s my read too, a resignation in the interim period, with pardons from Pence to follow shortly after. This would still leave Trump facing other charges, but Trump will skip the country anyway, probably UAE or thereabouts, come November he’s as good as gone, if he loses.

I doubt it - if Rs also lose the majority, expect them to go on a massive bender ramming through judges, rolling back regulations, etc. They know it will be a LONG time before they are in power again so it will be a last gasp.
