But we already do that with the age limits on Congressional representatives (have to be older than 25), Senators (30) and the President (35).
I would love to see that change but I doubt it would considering the only way to do it is by Congress who probably don't want that to happen
I actually think republicans have done a slightly better job than democrats an encouraging their younger members into leadership with term limits.
