I can't imagine being in that sun and made to keep moving. The stress of that alone would have done me in. I'm so glad you now now it wasn't from lack of trying on your part. May all your tomorrows be better.
Thankfully I worked the night shift but when I would exercise it was during the day. I was hospitalized a couple of times and no one knew why at the time. Fun times to say the least

I had trouble dealing with lupus in a regular job but they didn't make me run or train in the sun. I felt shame for not pulling my weight so for you it must have been much worse. As much as I hate this disease I'm thankful I finally got my diagnosis.
