.@EricG1247 I will keep you in my heart as I continue to fight for awareness and funding for Lupus Research in Congress. YOU matter to me, as does everyone who suffers from Lupus. But when I talk about it I like to visualize the people that I know who struggle like me, every day!
I was 20 when it first manifested and now I'm 33. Lupus along with other issues had me separated from the military and put me on social security disability. But despite that I attained my bachelor's degree and currently am about 35 weeks from completing my masters.
