Trump said this for a reason. It's not clear what that reason is, but he's signaling something about this story. There's probably a nugget of truth in there, but he's trying to twist it for some reason. Or he's prepping for a spin operation.
Never in my entire time in the service did a see someone in uniform just go up to any government employee and hug and kiss them.
