Everyone gets their ballots 1 month before the election and once you send it you can track to see if it was counted

Want do we do if we track it and find it wasn’t counted?

Be prepared for that ahead of time. Know your state, county and local laws about how to contest a ballot, or provide proof of ID, etc. Too many ballots have been lost, tossed or rejected. Better to assume you will need to know that cause 11/3 will be too late.
