    The thing that gets me is that he can downplay the threat to the public, but behind the scenes why wasn't he pushing preparation? Why wasn't PPE production ramped up? Why weren't testing policies developed. That is what a responsible person who knew of a danger would do.

        They were all too busy criming, before the shutdown, to stop and actually work. Those PPE scams aren't going to steal, launder and resell themselves you know!
