I'm doing all I can as 1 person. Why our government hasn't stepped up to cover insurance deductibles for disaster victims or set up more than just evacuations is beyond me

What must the insurance be on those homes? Are they even covered for wildfires?

Probably not. I grew up in Tollhouse. My parents always had trouble getting insurance because of the fire danger, snd this was in the 80s 90s and early 00s . So Im sure many dont have coverage for this
