How do you ensure that @actblue only accepts donations from Americans (much less residents in the district) and the donations you recieve are good and not due to some malfeasance at @actblue?

The donations are untracable online. "Science" isn't the answer to everything. Being able to trace the source of the donations is important.

This is a real problem now and I want to know how Arballo is addressing it. What process & policies does he have in place, if any, to know the donations he recieves are legal & valid?

Every donation requires an address to file with the fec that is over 50 bucks regardless of the source

...accounting? Confirming identities or people making donations? Or just "actblue sends me money..." lol.

I haven't read the article but I know that I have heard several complaints of automatic recurring donation sign-ups when that option was not elected. The other aspect is there isn't really any way to know if donations under $200 are coming from legit sources or not.
