Aha. Well where I live the vaccinate before the atumn flu. One year they were in a hurry. 1 of 40000 got narcolepsy. Their lives are virtually ruined. DO NOT HURRY! The main thing is to test until you're *sure* it won't affect the population negatively. Even 1 in 40000!
