My guess is that's partially why Kamala is being brought on board. She or Warren were my top choices for cleaning up this mess so I'm hopeful she'll be working with congress. Of course, democracy is only as good as those who enforce it.

The bottom line with Trump is that he still believes he above the law and he thinks even if he isn't, he is by default because nobody will hold him into account.

But how do the laws get enforced? Trump, Barr, McGahn have all proved that even with the laws we have our government can refuse to obey them and there are no consequences. Also we have had a constitutional crises 5x’s over and yet nothing has changed.

The "May I?" protocol. Seriously, pardons need a review process by federal judges.

I spend time making lists of rules to protect against the President's abuse of power. We have to codify what people did by good conscience, accepted practices, and now you *CAN* indict a sitting president. There are others but they are long known governmental reforms.

Simply because there is nothing in the Constitution that outright states that it's a violation of the law, what Trump is doing is morally reprehensible and should be forcefully removed from Oval Office without Senate approval. It is the will of the people that DJT be ousted NOW!
