Intros and commercials are the worst.
Watching tv at night while everyone is asleep.....when someone talks it's this low but when music plays ITS THIS LOUD!!!!!

That usually happens during the commercials. I am convinced there is AI software that adjusts the volume of commercials to be exponentially louder than every *do not disturb others volume setting* that you can find.
