At 17 I was in Marine Corps boot camp
By 18 I was trained to kill with my hands, a knife, a rifle, a grenade, and a machine gun
At 20 I was in Iraq and again at 21
100% VA disabled
That's how I served the US

It’s been an honor. Most of my family were lost during the Holocaust. I still wear the Star of David given to me by our only surviving relative. She’s passed now. May her memory be a blessing.
