We did it in France and now we are enjoying our freedom of movement and French people have started their vacation/travel season.

I just arrived in Germany. I went to a Mexican restaurant next to my hotel. Waitstaff had masks and clients were required to use hand sanitizer on entry. At the table no need for masks. They gave me a contact form asking my name and phone number for contact tracing. Easy.

Eric look at what Victoria in Australia. Some selfish gifts that were security guards at quarantine hotels were socialising (sleeping) with people coming from overseas. So some areas in Vic has had to lock down again after being horrified at 191 cases in 24 hours.

Most of the countries affected by the virus has had the lockdown in place from the start.. It was very difficult but they are seeing the results in their favour. America, because of blind stupidity, incompetence and lack of leadership have let the virus run free.
