Until we can all see each other as equal it won't happen. To me , if we don't talk about it, talk every day, learn from each other, live together, become a village together - it won't happen. Reparations are in order as education, housing, etc have been held back from POC.

I always find it 'funny', that natives were portrayed as being savages that scalp white people.. but it was the Europeans who brought the practice to America.
