He'd be silly not to get a pardon and slink away since Mueller pretty much said prosecuting him after he leaves office is a possibility. Does anyone think a dem admin won't fry his ass or St least try? He's legal toast already. Figure out of office bleak.

No, he can't. If you were in debt to Putin, you couldn't either. Dropping out would mean many things...the $$$ stop, you will be served a laced drink, you might accidently step out a window 20 stories up, etc. So NO he won't drop out.
