  Trump is not a leader. We have got to change our perspective on what the President's role really is. The role of President is but one facet/branch of the total US gov't structure. Conservatives loyal to the crown have continually moved to establish a royal hierarchy in the US.

  So Trump blames the increase in case numbers on increased testing. He thinks "testing is overrated" because "in many ways, it makes us look bad." Obviously a big rally in a hotspot will show us testing is rubbish
