There is nothing wrong with having medical issues that prevent you from walking, drinking water or anything else. You certainly should not make fun of people even @realDonaldTrump because of medical conditions otherwise you might just be as bad as this

Some days I am that bad, sometimes even worse, so yeah, yeah I will, he sure as hell would do it to me. Difference is, it doesn't bother me a lick, and if it did, sure, verbally spar with me while poppin' smack, that always cheers me up
