10: What's fight or flight?
Me: It's when you see something really scary and your heart beats super fast and your stomach turns over. Your body's getting ready to either fight the thing or run away
10: Ok. So for you they just call it "fight"?
Me: 
There is also freeze but it's more of a mouth full to say so it's often left out. I want to say there is another too but my brain isn't cooperating atm. I think it has something to do with compromise
