I'm no constitutional lawyer but I'm sure the national guard is now considered the militia (militia act 1903) and the 2nd amendment no longer requires the militia part to have access to firearms as per some court decision. So just people with firearms in a club at best.

Unorganized- not organized; without organic structure. not formed into an organized or systematized whole: So if they are unorganized militia they can't have a name, otherwise that would make them organized. Organized milita is the NG and unorg is anyone 17 to 45 without a name
