Anxiety sucks

DO you have panic attacks, generalized anxiety or both? I have both...I'm 56 years old and have dealt with anxiety for my entire life.
Gad with some attacks. I had it under control and was doing better than the pandemic and everything else.

For me, the pandemic, the lack of "Presidential leadership", economic uncertainty, concern about my kids and the globe has made my anxiety worse.

My 18 year old daughter is really struggling, her anxiety is turning into OCD...it's hard to watch.

If she hasn't tried therapy it may be a benefit to her. If she has and it didn't work maybe it wasn't a good fit and she should try somewhere else if possible.
