Where is a therapist punished above normal legal expectations of law by breaking confidentiality? Where is a teacher have legal higher expectations than my gardener in behaviors with my children?
When I'm done with school that will be 8 years of college to get where I am. Then 3000 hours to get my license I break confidentiality I lose my license most likely forever and wasted 10 years of my life.

Different jobs have different ethics due to different tasks. Not higher. I am a retired MS. Ed., Ph.D. Soc. Helping the school sports star, a kid of a rock legend, homeless, or released prisoner, with reaching proper ethical standards to live, regardless of their place, congrats.
