Eric, shouldn't elected officials like Nunes be working with community members to solve the protestors' concerns? If I heard right, Fresno had 3,000 protestors at one event. That sounds more important than a picnic.
They should be worried about the people they represent and their concerns. But if I had to guess he isn't saying anything about it so he doesn't anger trump or anger the people of #CA22 so he stays silent about it.

McCarthy spoke yesterday on the news here. He claimed to have spoken to community members. When pressed, he said he spoke with the sheriff. On the same day, community members actually had a meeting McCarthy could have attended via Zoom. Trumpsters are ignoring the problems.
