I've met more Marines in my time than most. I truly believe that no matter what happens, at the end of the day, Marines will do the right thing.

Especially if they, along with much of the current military, have been indoctrinated by the authoritarianism promulgated by Erik Prince and his ilk. Big respect for you, Sir, because I know you are not, nor have been, a part of this transformation.

Honestly I'm currently an Assualtman and yeah we grunts want action and want to take on the enemy but the vibe here isn't that these protesters are "the enemy." Most of my fellow Marines are conservative but not even they are eager to beat on/take on protesters unlike some cops.
