I think the @CityofFresno announcements yesterday were confusing. Dyer said, “This order eliminates the requirement for people to wear a mask in public." But then the order states that, “You are required to wear a mask in government buildings or businesses in Fresno.”1/2
They need to clarify and I thought phase 2 was to open more business but with things like masks and all that for added safety precautions.
Social distancing and masks are the only way you can really open any businesses. Stay away and don't create mass gatherings. Wash your hands a lot. Put some lotion on them before you go to sleep.
