I stood at my back door and did that yesterday and it was so calming. 
I was working on a paper about family therapy interventions and needed a break so I came out to listen to the rain. Nothing is as soothing as the sound of rain and I thought I would share that calmness with you....it sounds better in person.pic.twitter.com/KAzzyhsxlr

I looked foward to rainy days when lived in Fresno, in 2014 only rained about 5-6 times that year, I remember was the extreme drought time.
