In Ukraine, we had the first cases 2th March and when it reached 10 confirmed cases, the country closed down and locked the borders, only food shops and fuel stations open. 3 weeks ago it was mandatory to wear mask. Today 12.000 cases, around 300 dead in a country of 42 million.
