Dude, WHY do you bank at Wells Fargo? They should be out of business.
I'm sure they didn't mean to falsify countless accounts, shift money around, open up credit cards without customers permission messing up their credit and than denying it all.

Totally accidental. lol. My mom worked for BofA in the 60's and my sister did here as a teller in early 1990's. lol. Wells Fargo has the worst scandals I'm aware of in recent decades. As bad in my mind as PG&E and their serial fire starting. lol.

I think pge is worse their incompetence and greed caused people to die horrific deaths.
