At dinner my family does high and low. Basically the best and worst part of your day. My high: I finished all my research for my paper. My low: my back was acting up. What about you?

I think there's gonna be a lot of massages and therapy sessions after all this. I'm hoping to do a retreat at some point.
They do telehealth for therapy, no leaving the house necessary.
