REFUSED them!
He downplayed this pandemic, called it a hoax, cut CDC funding, called it the flu, spread lies and misinformation.
But when we had none they could have asked for some in the mean time especially when our tests failed and the time when no one could get tested. Even now tests are limited we could ask for some now.
