You guys can’t leave the house?
Essential things only food, drs office and the such. Running, walking dogs and things like that ok. But for everyone not to leave home as much as humanly possible. The national guard has been called up to help with food banks on a humanitarian basis only. Critical jobs only

If acting crazy (gatherings etc) arguably can get fined or arrested, correct?

It seems that is the case, but the governor said they would only worry about enforcement if people were obviously flaunting the law.
