Restaurants are not cheap. Here on the ground in #CA22 your district the poverty rate in Tulare county is 27% and 28% in Fresno county. Eating out 3 times a day for 7 days a week for a family is not something everyone can do. I'm not even buying deli stuff & already I miss my Italian spiced, thin-sliced roast beef
