When I logged off this afternoon, there were 6,496 confirmed US #coronavirus cases, per Johns Hopkins tracker.
Now there are 9,279 cases. A 42% increase in 7 hours.
Whether it's by increased testing, faster spread, or both, that's a very scary number.https://coronavirus.jhu.edu/map.html
It's both I think. It was able to spread for almost 3 months with no real testing to track it and even now the tests are lacking. It will most likely get a lot worse very fast.
