I think that's a good start but we all know Comcast and their track record. What happens after this crisis passes? Low-income families will be forced to pay for a service they can't afford or lose it, then we're back to square one.

I know different providers offer different programs but you need internet to find them so its kind of hard to do without it. I would imagine handouts at schools and such to spread the information, not now of course with closures. $5 is the lowest plan https://www.att.com/shop/internet/access/#!/ …
