Last month I went to Costco like I usually do but got more than usual. I saw a friend and they said "damn that's a lot of stuff don't tell me it's for that virus. It's a media hoax, the flu is more dangerous and everyone is making a big deal about nothing." Propaganda works

A co-worker (we are both registered nurses) told me this morning she’s been telling people to calm down because the flu is more dangerous and deadly. I had to pull the stats from the CDC to prove to her she was wrong.

other side of the coin to that. All you needed to do to know it wasn't a hoax was look to see how it was affecting other countries that had it first.

Same here! Many of our friends who dismissed this months ago are having serious meltdowns & can't even talk about it. We gotta stay strong folks and lift each other UP. Whatever that means..I dunno. Do what you can to help your elders and reassure the children in your life.
