The tests should have been here when the WHO passed them out but he refused them, rolled out bad tests, waited longer, rolled out tests that no one can use and lied a bunch. Thankfully @GavinNewsom is being proactive.

You know that's BS. The test kits got delivered to the wrong address and then it was discovered they were damaged. I know it's more important to you to spread the lies, but why bother?
