At 22 I had my first child. I was a sergeant (E-5) in the Marine Corps and had already did 2 deployments to Iraq. I qualified for WIC, so that means the 4 ranks below me also qualified, which make up more than 1/2 the military. We love vets and the military but pay them crap.

Coming from a family of Marines..I agree...and we still haven't fixed housing from...how many hurricanes???
I had a friend living on base housing where they had black mold and had to file a lawsuit to get it taken care of and still nothing.
