I use a massager on my legs. An automatic one I lay my leg on. My stuff usually picks up at night so i use it at night daily and have noticed it has helped cut back symptoms. It is not evidence based but works for me and worth a shot.

What about the 3 5s You look at 5 things and say it in your head Then you notice 5 sounds and say it in your head Then you notice 5 physical feelings and say it in your head. I.e. you feel your shoes on or your hand on your head. It works for me and is easy to do anywhere.
