It is unprecedented leadership! Never before has a leader let alone a United States President down play a pandemic, refuse testing kits from the WHO at the start of the pandemic, decrease CDC funding, call it a hoax, and spread misinformation daily to millions of people.

I was going to say this exactly! Unprecedented is a fair word. Sort of like "it's amazing" - it can be amazing how good something it or how bad. This - this happens to be bad. Unprecedentedly bad.
