Countless people have been denied, they don't have enough tests, and early on the guidelines were too strict. Who knows how many people actually have it.

I like watching him when he doesn't speak. he looks like my kid did when he needed to stand still back when he was 4 to 6 years old. He has the presence of a child, is where I'm going with that.
