We have family friends who tested positive. They didn’t have tests available to give my daughter when I brought her to urgent care with a fever and cough...she seems better now, but we have more cases than are being reported.

Oh wow! Be safe and I hope they all fully recover, especially your daughter. Yes we probably have countless cases at this point and without controlling the spread we will have even more.
