Wash Your Hands! Don't Touch Your Face. Use Hand Sanitizer When You're Out and About!
Went out to eat today saw 4 people coughing 2 coughed into their hands 2 coughed into their elbow or napkin Hand coughers went on to touch menus, bills and credit cards. All which were touched by others And 1 used their hand to wipe their nose DO NOT cough into your hands!

Saw a woman at the store visibly sweating, coughing up a storm & covering mouth with hands. She was picking up boxes of cold medicine with the same hand, examining it, putting it back on shelves.

My neighborhood CVS drive through passes out a clipboard and pen...I use my own pen then sanitizer!

Ick is not a word but I am using it now to describe what I think of these people. When I have a runny nose I take a bunch of tissues to put in my purse but from now on I think I will also keep a ziplock baggie for used tissues. I keep a portable bottle of hand sanitizer already.
