Has anyone been successsful in continually washing their hands and not touching their face?
This is hard. But willing to keep at it after getting sick twice this flu season 
Not again!
I wash my hands before eating and carry sanitizer when I go out and use it when I get in my car. I try my hardest to not touch my face with my hands unless they are cleaned. If it was easy all these viruses wouldn't be around still.
